Community Connections: The Parks-Wilder Family is a short documentary produced by Draulhaus for the International African American Museum (IAAM) in collaboration with Google Arts & Culture as part of a larger digital and physical exhibition exploring Black mobility in America.
The film is an intimate and candid portrait of the Parks-Wilder family on Sol Legare Island, South Carolina, who have lived on and stewarded family land in the Lowcountry for generations. Through photography and personal storytelling, the film reflects on migration, memory, and cultural preservation.

Moving Star Hall

A Brief History: Moving Star Hall is a short documentary produced by Draulhaus for the International African American Museum in collaboration with Google Arts & Culture as part of a larger digital and physical exhibition exploring Black mobility in America.
The film focuses on the legacy of Moving Star Hall, a historic praise house on Johns Island, South Carolina. Moving Star Hall is a sacred space where community members gather to worship, connect, and sustain Gullah Geechee spiritual traditions.

The Living Legacy of the International Longshoremen's Association, Local 1422 is a short documentary produced by Draulhaus for the International African American Museum in collaboration with Google Arts & Culture as part of a larger digital and physical exhibition exploring Black mobility in America.
Local 1422, the Charleston chapter of the International Longshoremen’s Association, is the oldest and largest union in South Carolina. Rooted in generations of dockworkers, the film traces a legacy of labor, solidarity, and the ongoing fight for dignity on and off the docks.

Down In The Valley
Episodes 1 and 6
Role: Producer
Down in the Valley, hosted by Nicco Annan, takes viewers on a tantalizing tour of the Deep South, unveiling a complex South that is equal parts poignant, joyful, and magical.
As a producer, I developed, pitched, pre-produced, and field produced Episodes 1 and 6. Episode 1, “Diamonds of Memphis,” goes inside the reopening of a Memphis strip club to explore the lives and labor of the women who work there. Episode 6, “Ten Toes Down,” examines Black country life in the South, from line dancing and trail rides to horses, ATVs, and rural community traditions.
United Shades of America: Seasons 6 & 7
Role: Consulting Producer
United Shades of America is an Emmy Award–winning CNN documentary series hosted by W. Kamau Bell that explores race, identity, and culture across the United States through humor, curiosity, and on-the-ground reporting.
I served as Consulting Producer on Seasons 6 and 7, working closely with Executive Producers and host W. Kamau Bell to conceptualize, develop, pitch, and pre-produce episode topics and themes, while also supporting on-location production.
